RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your tee. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn and unused, in original condition with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Ready to start a return? Email us at amplifiedtees@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first—unrequested returns can't be processed.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at amplifiedtees@gmail.com so we can fix it fast.

What Can't Be Returned

We can't accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale or clearance items, or gift cards. Questions about whether your item qualifies? Just ask—we're happy to help.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? The fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delays.

For EU Customers

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your order for any reason, no explanation needed. Same conditions apply: unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out to us at amplifiedtees@gmail.com.
